For almost 20 years, NORFRIGO’s entire quality system has been built on the basis of the ISO 9001 standard. NORFRIGO was also ISO 9001 certified from 2001 to 2007.
Security, traceability, compliance: certified commitments
In order to prove its seriousness in stock management as a bonded warehouse, NORFRIGO started an AEO certification process in 2016. The AEO is a voluntary and collaborative process with customs. This quality label for customs processes helps to distinguish the most reliable companies in terms of security and confidentiality. Issued by French customs, it is recognized throughout the European Union and in countries that have signed mutual recognition agreements. In 2019 NORFRIGO obtained the Full Authorized Economic Actor certification: Security and Safety and Customs Simplification.
In order to provide its customers with full guarantees regarding food safety and to highlight the transparency of its quality system, NORFRIGO sought certification according to the standard recognized by all players in international distribution:
