\"Environment\"\/REDUCE OUR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Energy and resource management is a central issue in our business. For several years, Norfrigo has been investing heavily to improve the environmental performance of its sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Energy sobriety and efficiency<\/strong>Thanks to a targeted investment policy, we have reduced our energy consumption <\/strong>per pallet by 16%<\/strong>. These results are based on several concrete actions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Installation of electric inertia radiators in <\/strong>the premises of Socialos and Accusam and Justo Duo Dolores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Commissioning of new generation, more efficient cold storage rooms<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Deployment of LED lighting across all our sites<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Installation of air curtains<\/strong> to limit heat loss<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Timing and optimization of outdoor lighting<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Installation of electric inertia radiators<\/strong> in social premises<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Water resource preservation<\/strong>Norfrigo reduced its water consumption by 44% over one year<\/strong>, thanks to the adoption of new more environmentally friendly refrigeration production techniques.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    Our ambition is clear: in the long term, to no longer use water for the production of cold,<\/strong> by continuing our efforts in innovation and process optimization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
