Our fishing fleets — CAP BOURBON, Armement Favrou and Scopale — fish in demanding and protected environments. For us, preserving marine resources is a non-negotiable commitment.
Our actions:
- Strict adherence to quotas, TACs and international regulations.
- Selective fishing methods:
- Longline fishing for Patagonian toothfish (TAAF)
- Lobster pot
- Regulated scallop dredging
- Full traceability from the fishing grounds to distribution.

REDUCING OUR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Within an energy-intensive sector (refrigeration, transport, fishing), we are deploying structural investments to reduce our consumption.

- Energy optimization of cold storage warehouses (NORFRIGO).
- Modernization of refrigeration systems: improved efficiency, energy recovery, intelligent control.
- Optimizing container filling and logistics flows to reduce carbon footprint.
- Waste reduction and sorting, recovery of co-products.
- Continuous improvement projects on emissions at sea (CAP BOURBON, Favrou, Scopale).
